Tutors Agreement
In accepting a tuition class with the reference of Bharti Tutors Bureau, I, agree to following T & C
* You are not allowed to directly communicate or make arrangements with parents regarding fees, as it violates the contract with Bharti Tutors Bureau. If such actions occur, tuitions will be discontinued, and access to our online, offline, and replacement services will be halted. Moreover, there's a possibility of being blacklisted from our platform, and this information will be shared with our Tutors Bureau community in both India and abroad. Furthermore, legal measures could be pursued in response to any policy infringement. We prioritize integrity and verified listings to promote excellence in the teaching industry.
*We only inform the registered and verified teachers/tutors for any teaching vacancy through phone, via SMS, email & expect their feedback after & before meeting with the students.
*Being a tutor requires dedication, reliability, and a sincere interest in helping young children. The children will be counting on me to provide quality instructional time.
*Attend every day I am scheduled to tutor (for the entire semester/as discussed). Arrive/start on time at the site/student home prepared to deliver quality lessons to the children I work with.
*Call the parent and Bharti Tutors Bureau (9654037776) if unable to tutor at least 2 hrs prior to scheduled time of classes.
* Teachers or tutors referred by the academy will be charged 60% of their first month's salary or tuition fees for each vacancy, and then 10% thereafter until the tuition ends.
* 30% commission will be charged of the whole amount received by the teacher for package based/Short term classes with a minimum of ₹ 1,000.
*Onetime registration fee of INR 1000/ is applicable.
*If required, tutor needs to appear for an interview before he/she is finally selected as a tutor.
* Your tuition fee released to you on monthly basic (after 30 days of first classes).
*Exhibit professional behavior at all times, including appearance. Be sensitive to the needs of Bharti Tutors Bureau and the children in my assigned site.
*Maintain strict confidentiality about the children.
*Be honest in my time reporting.
* For users that register on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
* Bharti Tutors Bureau may share your information with our trusted parties that work with us, any other affiliates and subsidiaries we rely on to assist in the operation of the Website and Services available to you, depending on the requested Services or as necessary to complete any transaction or provide any service you have requested.
* Bharti Tutors Bureau reserve the right to change this Policy or its terms relating to the Website and Services at any time and will notify you of any material changes in the way we treat Personal Information.
The tutor needs to submit the following documents at our office:
- ⇒Two colour passport size photographs.
- ⇒Copy of your address proof (Voter ID Card/ Aadhaar Card (UID)/ Driving License/ Pan Card/ Passport/ Bank Passbook/ Ration Card, etc.)
- ⇒Copy of any latest bill (For eg:- electricity, water, telephone, mobile, internet, credit card)
- ⇒Rent agreement / Consent letter of landlord (In case of rented residence) along with copy of permanent residence Identification
- ⇒Copy of your Latest degree.
- ⇒Proof of current/latest job.
